And I am raising this GoFundMe to help me transition to a better quality living environment.

A little backstory,

I am a quadriplegic. I broke my neck at the cervical 3-4 level in 1996. I require the use of a power wheelchair and full-time care to stay independent, as well as disability benefits to support my quality of care. I’m originally from SoCal but moved to Virginia and married my now ex-wife. We are shortly parting on peaceful terms.

In order for this chapter to close amicably and with minor difficulties, I am humbly asking for donations to help me with moving costs and essentials around the new apartment, so that I can move forward peacefully.
