Assist a Single Mom with Her Water Crisis

New years I was out of town for the weekend and came back to a broken water and a leak that came onto the Main Street of Doddridge. I am a single mom paying a mortgage if 1100 plus utilities, and this water leak was soon to be coming out to close to 600+ dollars. When I called the city they shut off the water due to leak but failed to disconnect my services even though I asked Them too they declined my request. Since then I have been catching up with my bills and now I’m behind on my water having had to save up for a water heater. Fast forward to now, I finally got a water heater but now I’m being told that the leak is bad and even though they will install the water heater it’s going to cost me extra for a plumber to fix the leak so that I can have normal readings on the water. If anyone finds it in their heart to donate so I can get my leak fixed and my water paid then I can finally be comfortable at my house with running water.
