Assist a Jewish Trans Woman's Escape from Texas

Not a very complicated story in my case. Short version: I'm a trans woman in Texas trying to get out of Texas.
Slightly longer version, I'm a disabled Jewish trans woman and I'm trying to get to Washington (state, not DC). It's one of the safest states, if not the safest, for someone like myself, and being close to the border with Canada provides better odds to flee further if it comes to that, which is unfortunately far too likely.
In my favor, I've got a remote job that doesn't mind me moving, so I won't have to find work while there, but between debts and income, I don't have a lot of room to save money.
The goal is an estimate to get me comfortably there and in a new place, to cover mostly deposit and first month's rent, plus travel expenses (will be traveling via road trip).
I'm not aiming for anything fancy, might even be able to pull it off with $2k. I'm aiming for apartments sub $1k. The road trip is a combination of bringing what little stuff I'll keep and safety for my cat Lizzie (she's older and I don't trust an airline to keep her safe), but that also means it'll take a few days and need a couple of motel stops.
I don't have a security deposit coming back from my current place (because of debts they made me get a bond instead... crap deal but it was what I could manage at the time).
I move out of this place on October 15th and if this looks like it'll hit $2k by then, that means I won't have to find a temporary place.
