I am humbly reaching out for your assistance. I was hospitalized Saturday. I hope to be released Wednesday. As many of you know, I am self-employed and not currently covered by health insurance. I am navigating care for my mother, who is in the early stages of dementia. This hospitalization has been devastating for me emotionally and financially because of the weight of my responsibilities.
