Giving birth in dignity!

Assinie Mama, a village in Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) near the border with Ghana, is in urgent need of our support.

In the primary school, when no teacher is present—which is usually the case—the children walk 5 km to Ghana to attend a class that is completely unfamiliar to them, in a foreign language. In the evening, there is no light to learn. In these conditions, a better future for the children is hardly possible.

Furthermore, there is no maternity clinic, so midwives sleep on the floor of the health center and assist pregnant women with very limited resources.

No electricity, no medical material.

Giving birth in dignity is not even possible.

With your donation, we will install 20 kWp solar panels to provide electricity for the maternity, the school and the health center.
