Aspen the pup's ACL Surgery

Hi! I'm Aspen, a six year old husky living in the mountains of Utah! I love to run, play, sniff, and howl with my friends. I go ski, camp, bike, hike, and laze on the couch with my parents.
Sadly, recently I was playing too hard in the fresh snow and I tore the ACL in my doggy knee. My parents and I need your help to fix it!
The surgery is expensive, and I know the recovery is going to involve a couple weeks in a plastic cone that will make sniffing and chomping stuff very hard, maybe impossible! And the squirrels will be laughing at me.
After that there will be many more weeks where I cannot run and play. My parents are going to do everything they can to get me back to 100% but in order to get the surgery soon, they need all the help they can get to make this journey less stressful.
Right now, I can barely play and all I can do is whine out the window while we drive past all my favorite parks and trails without being able to go run around.
I would love to be back outside in the mountains and desert this summer! Please help us out. This has been very hard typing with no thumbs. So - sniff sniff, off to dig a hole in the yard!
