Our daughter, Emma, is in her third year of ASL and has the opportunity to visit Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. They are the cornerstone in the education of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals for over 150 years.

The goal of the trip is to provide students with an immersive experience of Deaf culture and American history. There, they can strengthen their ASL skills, connect classroom learning to real-world experiences, and be inspired by future educational and career opportunities.

This is the first year her high school is offering this trip, and we would love for her to be able to benefit from all she will gain from it.
