Want to join us in making a difference? We are raising money and awareness for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Foundation. Our goal is to open up the conversation. Why do we have mullets? Because they lead to a conversation about mental health. You should never feel shame or embarrassment talking about mental health whether it be with loved ones or a professional. It should not be uncomfortable to have these conversations but a priority. Mental health challenges us all.
