Asking for help. Sick & need help rebuilding life.

Hello and thank you for stopping by. My name is chris. I have been sick sence November, 2018. Its been a very long road and i am currently still in recovery and trying to get my feet on the ground. I was diagnosed after weeks of extreme pain and high fevers with elsberg syndrome. I spent 7 days in alta bates berkeley, ca hospital. I went thru an array of test, everything from mri to spinal taps. I am pleading for help because along with being sick i also havent been able to work sence November. I am the sole support and provider for my elderly grandmother and its been tuff trying to juggle everything and ive almost exhausted my savings for our mortage and other bills. During the time period of me being sick someone also ran a stop sign and totaled my only source of transportation to resume work when i am able (this happened after my 3rd discharge from kaiser emergency). It has been a hard time for me and my family. I am just glad i am alive and was able to spend the holidays with them one more time. I am not the type to normally ask but if you can help me i will be forever grateful. I am a very helpful and kind person to every one.
