Help with bills, medications and medical bills

Hi my name is Frank Meuse. Recently I was rushed to the ER with a heart rate high enough to show that I was running a marathon when I was simply lying in bed doing nothing. My heart rate was sitting at 180-210BPM and I suddenly started sweating and could not breathe properly and thought the worst, A heart attack was happening.

 

I was put in the ambulance and they said I was tachycardic and suffering from Afib that can degenerate into Vfib (When the heart stops). I became seriously ill and put on many IV medications like Cartizam, Flecainide etc. They got my heart rate down after almost 24 hours of my heart pumping at 180+ BPM. I could not sleep or get comfortable and laid in wait for the doctors to have to shock me back to life as I was in the "Code room" as the doctor called it.

 
I have a 15 year old son (March 17th)named Ryan who's Birthday party we had to cancel due to financial strain, He is my world. Also a 33 year old wife, Taylor. Taylor is working as much as she can while trying to juggle the bills and keep a roof over our heads. They're worried out of their minds about how they can take care of me. I can barely get around my house without feeling like I am running as fast as I can and my heart pounding. I am constantly exhausted and sleeping. I can not work and tried filing for disability and can/will mostly be out of work for months to come. I can not do my job in the condition I am in, I climb 28' ladders with over 50lbs of gear on my person. I need help so I don't lose my house, I need to keep a roof over my son's head and have nowhere else to turn.
