The Ask The Doctor Foundation was created on April 1st, 2020 to help protect Doctors, Nurses and all Hospital staff in the United States and Canada with personal protective equipment (PPE) during their fight against COVID-19 (coronavirus).
It was established by the founders of AskTheDoctor.com a platform whose Physicians have helped millions around the globe seek medical advice. During this pandemic, Ask The Doctor established a portal for anyone wanting to connect with a Physician for COVID-19 help at Symptoms. AskTheDoctor.com
All funds received will be used to manufacture, source and purchase the following items:
1. Protective Gloves
2. Vented Goggles
3. Hand Sanitizer
4. Gowns
5. Ear-Loop Masks
6. N-95 Masks
7. Face Shields
Funds will also be used to purchase Food/Beverages from local restaurants that we can drop off to all the Doctors/Nurses/Hospital staff putting in those long hours.
All items will then be delivered in priority to any American or Canadian hospital urgently in need of these supplies.
