On January 15, 2016, my friend Evi was working as usual on a Friday when she had recieved a call from her landlord. This was unusual, so she returned his call to learn that her apartment had caught on fire while she had been at work and it had become inhabitable. She rushed home to find that she had suffered a complete loss of her and her infant daughters belongings. 
Evi is an extremely hard-working and compassionate individual, who is already doing everything she can to support herself and her daughter. 
I trust that if everyone can pitch in whatever they can, we can all help Evi with rebuilding her life from scratch.
