Asim Siddiqui - lost too soon

January 16, 2019 was a day that filled everyone’s hearts with much sorrow.  Asim Siddiqui was tragically killed on this day, leaving behind a son, family and friends deeply saddened.

This happened at around 1:30 p.m. on Lawrence Avenue, between Allen Road and Marlee Avenue.  Asim was returning back from downtown and crossing the street on foot and had the  right of way when a dump truck struck him.  Asim was then rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries but was pronounce dead at the hospital due to major trauma to the head.



Asim devoted himself to his beautiful boy Rayaan (6 years old), and valued every moment the two shared together.  He was willing to do anything and everything for his little boy and it breaks our heart that Rayaan lost an amazing father.



Asim touch many lives, and always put others first.  Valued family and his friendships and always stood by you and always had a smile.

This tragic accident has changed his son and family lives forever and want to help in any way we can throughout the long journey ahead.



Thank you for all the support and donations.  Donations will be provided to Asim's family to support them through this hard time.  Mohammed Aleemuddin Siddiqui, who is Asim's father will be managing this and providing the family the support they need, he will also be working closely with Asim’s lawyer to put the funds in his sons trust. Again, none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for all of you.

This tragic accident made us all realize that time is precious and it’s important to stand by one another.
