Help nurture the Silver Garden- Film Fundraiser

Hi! My name is Shawn Tapias- I'm a Brooklyn-Based filmmaker that is passionate about blending the experimental and narrative art worlds in order to create unique experiences for audiences.

My first feature film, A Silver Garden, Is 70% complete, and we're in need of additional funds to finish our post-production stage. Funds go to paying cast, crew, providing meals, covering gear rentals, paying post-production workers, and helping distribute the film once it's complete.

So, what's the film about? A Silver Garden is a black-and-white drama/comedy that follows Ava, a New Yorker who's unable to enjoy her relationships, no matter how crazy or stable they are, and ultimately has to face her inability to form strong bonds. Set against the chaotic backdrop of a bustling NYC, Ava navigates her inner turmoil with partners that challenge her character and chaotic personality.
