Ashlyn was born with a Congenital Heart Defect called Tetralogy Of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia among other medical issues. By the time she turned 2, she had already been through 19 surgeries/procedures. To date, she's had more than 30 and more to come. Ashlyn is now 31 and in advanced heart failure. Next up for her is a dual transplant of the heart and liver. Although we know this is going to be a rough road, we are not about to give up! No one should have to endure all that she has, and yet she does it with a smile! She's unable to work at this point and without life insurance coverage. She is already on a plethora of medications and will need more once she gets the transplant. The medical bills are quickly stacking up along with travel expenses to the hospital for her many appointments/tests. Please help and spread the word so we can take some of her burden away!
