Hello, my name is Ashley Balogh. I am the cook at Crystal Conference Center. I am looking to raise funds for a new freezer for our camp. Last year towards the end of our camp season our freezer quit working resulting in the loss of the food that was in it. We looked into getting it fixed but decided that we would rather spend the money towards a new larger one instead. Camps have been increasing in size these last few years so having the extra freezer space would mean less trips to the store for me.

I have been going to this camp for over 20 years and have been a staff member off and on since 2012. I am currently the head cook at camp and this is why I am the one requesting the funds. Crystal Conference Center is a camp that has been around for over 100 years. It is a camp that means a lot to everyone who has ever been.

The funds that I am requesting will be used for a new three door freezer seen partially in the picture. I also requested a little bit more money to help cover any other cost that might come with getting the new one. If there ends up being any remaining money we will make sure it goes to upgrading other parts of the camp.
