My 31 year old niece Ashley found a lump in June of 2016 while breastfeeding her son.  The lump was stage 1 triple positive, an agressive form of breast cancer. (pictured below is Ashley, crying, breastfeeding her baby for the last time before starting chemotherapy.)  
As of May, Ashley has finished chemotherapy, and had a double masectomy. She now needs a number of surgeries, and has 4-6 weeks of radiation ahead. 
Even with the toll that breast cancer has had on her time away from her two beautiful babies, her little family is stronger than ever!  A while ago, I asked Ashley how they were doing financially, and offered to set up a gofundme page.  She declined and said that she didn't feel comfortable asking for help. Ashley recently called and said that, although their friends and family have done so much, and they do not like having to ask for assistance, they could really use some financial help.

Having the financial burden lifted would be one thing she doesn't have to worry about and can spend time with her husband and babies.
