Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of breast cancer on June 18th. I started chemo July 21st. Ive always had strong reactions to medication and what followed the first infusion was awful physically, emotionally and even spiritually. People I love and trust told me about treatment alternatives and while these are controversial, I’ve never had a lot of faith in the pharmaceutical industry and as you probably know, what you believe about your treatment will affect outcomes in some way. After trying chemo, I pursued alternative treatment, following Chris Wark’s Square One program.
This involves consuming massive amounts of organic fruits and vegetables, switching out household and personal products for organic and nontoxic alternatives from everything from household cleaners, laundry detergent to personal care and hygiene. It involves expensive supplements and alternative treatments such as vitamin infusions, acupuncture, massage, etc. These products and services are expensive.
I require additional testing and continue to fight cancer as the relapse rate for triple negative breast cancer is high and very deadly. It is the most aggressive form of breast cancer.
Stress to me is deadly. It is toxic to my body. I’ve not been able to work as much as I need to as a single mom, battling this alone. My time is challenged as I attempt to make juice, clean parts and dishes, make salad and other concoctions constantly. I’ve been going through this battle for a year now without food stamps or child support and I’ve financially depleted my resources.
I know God has a plan to meet all my needs and I need others to contribute, which I rarely have needed or accepted before. He’s been teaching me through this process about His love and provision.
