Hi, my name is Cortney Swann and I am setting up this fundraiser to help my sister Ashley Mullins and her 3 kids (11, 10, and 3) after her apartment caught fire, just before midnight on September 1st. Unfortunately, she did not have renters insurance. What wasn’t destroyed by fire, has smoke, water and insulation damage.

The photo above was taken right before the second fire started. A second fire started in the closet wall while we were in the apartment trying to save a few sentimental items. We got out safe and were put on oxygen, the fire department stopped it from spreading, but they had to rip more of the walls and ceilings out and saturate everything with water. Almost everything was damaged or lost.

We are grateful everyone is safe and I’m praying we can wrap our arms around her family and help her get back on her feet!
