Help Us Give Our Dad the Farewell He Deserves ❤️

On 23rd August, our family suffered an unimaginable loss. Our dad was tragically murdered after being stabbed five times in the centre of Ramsgate.

Our dad was not looking for trouble that day. He saw other people being threatened by a man with a knife and stepped in to help them. In trying to protect others, he lost his own life.

It is impossible to put into words what our family has been left feeling since that day. We never imagined that something so horrific could happen to our dad, especially while he was simply trying to help someone else.

His birthday was 9th September, just a few weeks after he was taken from us. His birthday has always been a time when we would see him, and this year we had to face it without him. Knowing that he should still be here celebrating another birthday with us makes his loss even harder to accept.

Our dad wasn’t perfect, but he was loved deeply by his children and family. He had a place in our lives that can never be replaced, and we want to give him the respectful farewell he deserves.

His funeral is due to take place on 20th October, but losing him so suddenly and in such tragic circumstances has placed an enormous financial burden on our family. We are trying to raise £5,000 that needs to paid by the 15th of October to help cover the cost of his funeral and allow us to give him the goodbye he deserves.
