Asher Noreen

Miss Asher was born on August 17 2018. Pregnancy was normal up to the day. Asher wasn't responding to contractions as she should so an emergency C Section was needed. When Asher came into this world she was not breathing.  It took the doctors and nurses a few minutes to bring her back to us. Asher then spent the next 3 days on a cooling pad and in a sedated coma to try to help with her brain swelling and possible brain damage.  Unfortunately it did not do what we had hoped. Asher was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She spent 39 days in the NICU before she got to go home.  Asher had a daily routine  of therapy, medications, exercises and feedings through a G Tube 3 times a day. She was a busy little girl!! She then started to have seizures.  She spent nights in the hospital  monitoring them. Fluctuating medications to help with pain and seizures.  Aside from all that She was the cutest baby, little sister, daughter, niece, and granddaughter . During the last 6 months Mom Tana had to become a fulltime caregiver/stay at home mommy.  Dad Jon worked as he was able.  With Asher being in and out of the hospital they both needed to be with her.  She got lots of love and support from not only mommy and daddy but her 3 big sisters, her aunties, grandparents and cousins. 
On 2/18/19 Asher got ready for bed as she did every night and was sleeping peacefully by 9:30pm.  She was ok at her 1am medication time. At 4:30am when its time to get her diaper changed and her 5am medications she was unresponsive.  She was then taken to the ER where they tried tirelessly to revive  sweet little  Asher and were not able to. The morning of 2/19/19 our hearts were heavy as the Angels took little Asher up to where she can look over everyone who loved her so much. Asher passed away after only 6 months of being with us. In those 6 months she touched so many hearts!! All of the Doctors and Nurses that got to know her, all of her family and anyone else who got to meet this special little girl.
