On June 13th, Alan suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury.  After undergoing emergency brain surgery to address an epidural hematoma on his left temporal lobe and spending 10 days in a medically induced coma, Alan is currently in stable condition at Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC.  Although he is showing signs of regaining consciousness and is breathing through a trach in his neck, he will soon begin the long journey to recovery once he is transfered out of the ICU to a long term brain injury rehabilitation center.  Alan is an amazing person who is married with an adorable little 2 year old son.  We are asking for a donation to help Alan's family with the out of pocket medical expenses and miscellaneous items related to his injury.
