Hotel expenses, school supplies after fire

My name's Jack. My family experienced an electrical fire. This comes on the cusp of moving, school shopping and kids birthdays. We are just trying to make it by until we can take over and hopefully we will be right back grinding again but it is really difficult with the kids heading back to class and all of the normal stresses of daily life. We have a small goal of $1000 which should help cover what we cannot right away (school clothes, room and board, food, etc). We are currently staying in a hotel (not ideal but not the streets either). Prayers and thoughts are also highly appreciated.
