Kilimanjaro Trek - supporting Medical Aid in Palestine

Hello world! We're Meshkat and Yasmin, two doctors who've decided to swap our stethoscopes for hiking boots and take on the ultimate challenge: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro!

With barely any experience, we summited Kilimanjaro June 2024.

We climbed

1. Africa’s highest point - at 5895m altitude (50% oxygen at sea level)

2. The world’s highest free standing mountain

3. One of the world’s 7 summits

And we made some incredible once in a life time memories and lifelong friends.

Our ultimate aim, was to use this experience to raise money for a cause very close to our heart.

As you may be aware, currently there is a genocide affecting millions of Palestinians.

This has been ongoing since October 2023 and continues to affect and displace hundreds of Palestinian children, women and men.

Medical aid for Palestine is a charity currently providing medical aid to those in need, and as healthcare professionals this is a cause very close to our hearts.

we hope with this go fund me, we can donate towards their cause to provide basic medical attention to all those in need, in Palestine.
