Ascend Family Financial Aid

When a brick and mortar school or a church has a family in need, the community rallies behind them with prayers, bake sales, donations, meals, and every other type of support. While our Ascend families may be scattered across the province, I believe we are still very much a Christian community that desires to support each other.

This  family wishes to keep their names anonymous.

The father needed to take a leave of absense from work for his health. It meant a loss of livelihood for several months with him taking unpaid sick leave from work. They chose to seek medical care for him, and he is currently undergoing treatment. The medical care is costly, but it will give him the ability to have a healthy and stable future with his family.

Shortly after he left for treatment, news arrived of returning cancer in two grandparents. The mother and children quickly left their home and travelled to be with grandparents. That added another financial burden to their family.

They have a difficult road ahead of them with all the challenges they are facing. Please consider giving something as a show of support for one of our families. Thank you!
