Help me lay my grandmother to rest

Please help me and my family lay my grandmother to rest the way she deserves. She was the most loving and amazing woman who just lit up any room. On Sunday January 24th she unexpectedly passed away from organ failure. Her son who has Down syndrome was her whole life and it was her dream to make sure they were together when this time came. She gave so much to us and I’d just like to make sure her final wish comes true. As we understand times are tough anything would help and be greatly appreciated.
