We are Aggression Sessions, the UK's largest non-profit, student-run boxing event. This year, we are proud to support two incredible charities: CALM and Point North.

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) is a leading suicide prevention charity dedicated to providing life-saving services, information, and advice to those in need. Their commitment to promoting mental health aligns closely with the values of boxing, which fosters resilience and well-being.

Point North is a charity and grant-making organisation focused on combating poverty and enhancing lives in County Durham and the North East. By directing funding to areas where it is most needed, they work to uplift local communities and create lasting impact.
