Meghan and Sean rescued little Arya on October 1st this year. Her and her six siblings were left in a box on the side of the road and were taken into a high kill shelter (all were adopted!) We fell in love the minute she crawled into Meghan's arms and slept for over an hour.

Last week, she was hit by a car and our hearts broke. We rushed her to the ER and she was lucky to not have any life threatening injuries. She has a fractured jaw and pelvis as well as abrasians on her mouth and legs. We are closely monitoring her, adminsitering different medicines throughout the day and keeping her confined to her crate while she heals. The doctors took amazing care of her and she will continue to receive follow up treatment for the next few months. There was no price we could put on saving her life, however, her medical bills are very expensive.

We would be so incredibly grateful for any support you can offer in helping us pay for Arya's treatment. For those of you who have met Arya, you know how special she is and what she means to us. She is brave, strong and on her way to a full recovery.
