Hi, my name is Akeasha. This go fund me was made to help support a special little girl and our family in this time of need. My lil cousin and goddaughter Arya is 5 years old. She is a beautiful, creative and smart lil girl. However something happened that no one in my family expect to happen. On July 12th 3:45pm she was diagnosed with cancer. The very next day she was taken to CHOP (childrens hospital of Philly). In less than a week Arya went thru c rays, cat scans, mris, a blood transfusion, spinal tap, bone marrow and blood testing. Two tumors where found, one wrapped in her intestines and another on her left side of rib area. There was also a biopsy of these tumors. We finally got an exact diagnosis on Thursday. Arya has Burkitt Lymphoma, a type of non Hodgkin lymphoma that attacks the lymph system. During this time we would like to collect as many donations as possible for her hospital stays, doctor and specialist visits, treatments and any and all necessities that will help Arya recover from this.
