Dear loved ones of Arturo,

On April 18, Arturo (Turtle) was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Ahead of the diagnosis, he spent several days admitted at Swedish First Hill for numerous blood transfusions. Arturo and his doctors have decided to pursue chemotherapy.

For those of you who know Arturo well, you know he always goes above-and-beyond to put others first. He’s never afraid to stand out and meet new people, in fact, he’s the life of every party. Arturo is one of the most generous and loyal friends one could ask for. Arturo natural positivity, whit, and competitive nature will help him kick this cancer.

Arturo is blessed to have medical insurance, however there are many expenses on the horizon that insurance cannot cover.
