Anesthesia Consultants of California Medical Group is collecting funds for our employee, Sonia Hernandez and her family to pay tribute, honor and memorialize  her beloved father, Arturo Hernandez.  The family will use the funds for cremation, burial, and memorial services.

My Hero, Dad, Grandpa (Tata), even Great-Grandpa, who was provider to his Parents, Oldest Son, caregiver and well respected of his 12 siblings. His most important title was an amazing husband to his beautiful wife Socorro Hernandez, that he loved unconditionally. He always found the time to leave her “I love you” notes and surprised her with roses, especially this last year.

There's many, many, milestones and family memories made throughout the years,  but the most precious memory is when they were able to celebrate in November 2020, “Just Married...50 Years Ago”...their 50th Wedding Anniversary.

My Dad was a fighter after a pacemaker, LVAD and his Heart Transplant, done 9 years ago.  We don't question God’s decision as we all have our own destiny already made for us.

My Dad will be extremely missed, never forgotten. We will always have him close to our hearts,
