Hello this is Tija Palicki. My grandpa, Arturo Aguil unexpectedly passed away May 2, 2023 I am trying to help my family in California and take the financial burden off their shoulders.

We want to give Arturo the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. We are trying to raise $5,000 by May 21, 2023 to be able to afford the funeral service. My family and I would deeply appreciate any donations.

Just a little backstory. Arturo and Rosie were together for 60 years. They had three children together, Arnel, Arlene and Rowena. At a young age Rosie's mother passed away and she had to stop going to school to help take care of her siblings.

In 2009 Arlene was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer. She is supposed to be doing treatments (not too sure if she is right now due to her father's passing) and isn't doing well.

In 2013 Rowena was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and passed away August 7, 2013

In 2016 Arnel was diagnosed with Colon cancer and passed away February 21, 2017

Over the last few years Arturo was having health problems. He was in the hospital for two weeks because he fell and broke his hip and was doing dialysis. The day he passed away, he finished another round of dialysis and was supposed to get out and go somewhere to work on his hip.

Rosie is 87 years old and her whole life she has helped take care of someone. This is why I am asking for your help. I want to help and try to take care of the financial burden.
