Arts Studio in Bulawayo: Empower through Dance & Photography

Hi, my name is Alex. I am an artistic person with love for my community and I believe we can shape and empower our people with arts. I have already started building this studio in Njube, in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. I have the location, the house and garden.

I need more funds to finish putting it in a beautiful shape and to buy equipment for the classes (dancing and photography) I will offer here.

In my own life as a professional dancer

I have experienced how the power of arts has healed and created happiness, love and respect and to turn the focus away from violence and towards a brighter future. I want to give these oportunities also to the rest of my community.
