Hi my name is Francine Robinson, earlier this year my brother Comedian Artie Rob suffered a progressive stroke which is a progressive or gradual worsening of neurological function after which Artie spent ten days in the hospital, six of those days were in the ICU.

After months of therapy we saw some signs of hope. Unfortunately, on Tuesday, January 3rd, Artie passed away. This was completely unexpected and totally devastated our family and everyone who knew him.

Artie was a stand up comedian, who absolutely loved making people laugh and everyone loved him for it. Stand up comedy came with a lot of perks but life insurance and benefits were not on that list. I am here hat in hand asking you all for help so that we can raise money to assist with funeral expenses. During this year, we exhausted so much for his care and comfort at home, which included a special chair, a hospital bed, a wheelchair, a wheelchair ramp, therapy and so much more. Artie was always fighter and he gave so much of himself to anyone he knew. Please help me and the rest of his family by giving even a LITTLE something back.
