Artie, Jessi and Nolan rebuilding after house fire.

Hi, my name is Lisa and I’m making this gofundme on behalf of my friends (basically family) Artie, Jessi, and Nolan. On 5/18/25, while they were celebrating their anniversary weekend in Georgia, they got a notification on their ring cam that their home was on fire. By the time they got home, everything was gone. Everything. They lost work computers, all their clothes, furniture, Nolan’s clothes, school things, toys, bed, and are left with nothing but the shirts on their backs. They were in the process of trying to find a new home to live in, but unfortunately due to previous histories, even if you’ve turned your life around, causes some roadblocks in the road. Now the they are in a crunch to move and start over completely from scratch.

To give you some back story:

Artie has been family to my husband since they were kids. He is the hardest worker, and we’d be lost without him in the pool business. He sobered up when his son Nolan was born and is now his sole custodian. He has spent the last five years helping others, and working hard to try and provide the best life for his sweet little boy Nolan.

I have known Jessi for over ten years now, and she is the light in Artie and Nolan’s world. She was their missing piece and stepped in and loves Artie and Nolan with her own heart. Her and Nolan have the sweetest bond. Unfortunately, Jessi works remotely and has lost everything to even continue to work currently.

Then there is sweet Nolan, who is just so confused. The home he’s lived in with his daddy his whole life and Jessi this past year, is gone. His toys, gone. His favorite Spider-Man blankets, gone. The racecar bed that made him feel so safe and secure is melted now. All of his hot wheels tracks and cars, gone. He loves hot wheels and monster trucks. He keeps asking questions, he wants to go home, and there is no home.

Right now they are in need of everything. They need furniture, clothes, kids things, shoes, furniture, everything. Anything you can donate will help. If you’re unable to donate, please pray.
