My name is Arthur Waites I got diagnosed with testicular cancer but originated as an injury at work a hernia but they discovered a Mass on my left testicle and they removed it and found out it's non Senoma cancer which is an aggressive form that spreads was I remission unfortunately until January 20th now I have to undergo 4 rounds of chemo unfortunately the bills are stacking up unfortunately I'm on reduced pay for short term disability up to 6months after that no pay
