Santa Arthur William Lamoreaux’s family

Friends, Veterans, and Family members,

You may know my father Arthur William Lamoreaux, “Santa” or “Arteaux”, as family, in friendships, and his presence in Prescott, The Valley, and as a United States Air Force Veteran.

My father passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 30th at 4:44 PM in the Phoenix VA Hospital.

As his daughter, Polly Aiello Lamoreaux, and loved ones we have started a this to help cover the cost of funeral expenses that the VA Benefits do not cover. Our family was not prepared for his death, it all happened so suddenly. The high cost of a funeral and being his only next of kin, during this difficult time, I have to reach out to the community for help. My only resource for help is you, so I appreciate anything anyone would graciously help with during this time.

Please consider donating if you can, as any amount will truly help. Again, We need to raise enough to give Art the proper service he deserves, move him to Prescott, manage his belongings that are in Prescott and his last place of residence in the Valley, and also cover any costs the VA can’t cover. Right now we are looking at a Cremation with Urnside Committal (which is on page 9 of the Messinger Mortuary price list).

It would mean a lot if you could share Arthur Lamoreaux’s funeral fundraiser with others who knew a wonderful man who is greatly missed. I hope that everyone who was close to him and enjoyed his presence at any time remembers him in celebration. Currently, a Celebration of Life is expected to be held, I will keep those updated.
