Arthur, Art, Alviso recently, and unexpectedly, passed away.
Some may or may not know, that he passed away Monday May 10, of, what we believe, is a heart attack. Most of us, don't know how to feel, or how to deal with it, especially since it happened so suddenly, but as a community we trying pay respects to the family, and make sure they don't have to worry about the day to day costs and bills while they are grieving,
Arthur is an amazing man, loved by so many, and touched by so many more. His larger than life size made his loving and caring heart even more of an impression. We have so many memories of this great guy, that was always so upbeat, and down to earth. I couldn't say enough great things about him, and the time I was fortunate to share with him. But even though we have to learn how to deal with his passing, we want to make sure his kin are taken care of during this horrible time.
For those who don't know, I'm Jeff, and I'm Kristen's brother, and Art's brother-in-law. With everything that's happening with Art's passing, we are concerned about Kristen, and how she is going to make it emotionally, and especially financially. Like a great husband, Art took care of Kristen, and now there is going to be a void in her life, and after briefly talking about it, I don't know how she's going to pay her Rent, Utilities, Car Payment, Bills, and other expenses people don't think about when someone dies.
Even though she works, she doesn't make nearly enough money to pay for the bills and expenses that a couple has. I, and so many other people, don't want her to loose her 1 bedroom apartment, get behind on bills, get utilities cut off, loose her car, or get left out in the cold due to this horrible situation.
Art wouldn't of wanted that for his wife, that he loved so much, to loose her basic way of life, a life that he worked so hard for. Especially while she has to figure out to deal with a life without him.
If curious about, the the amount we are asking about was calculated to be roughly enough for Kristen to finish out her lease, cover the amount Art would of paid for bills for several months, and allow Kristen to get back to normal without worrying bills. Not to mention weird/ random costs that come up during this process.
