It’s with a heavy heart to announce the passing of my brother, Arthur Jr Salas II. He was a great human being who was loved by so many. He touched the lives of many in their time of need and would give the shirt off his back or shoes off his feet if you needed it. He was one of the kindest souls here on earth.
