Having played junior tennis for Great Britain at u16 & u18 level, as well as winning several junior world ranking tournaments, I have secured a tennis scholarship to Georgia State University, Atlanta for the next four years.
This represents a fantastic opportunity for me to maximise my tennis potential with high level training and competition.
The generous tennis scholarship covers around 85% of my costs, so I am seeking financial help to meet the shortfall in funding given there are no UK student loans available for US College courses.
I have already secured £25k of funding for my 4 year Business & Economics course from family members, which leaves a £15k shortfall to cover college fees, health insurance, flights and tournament costs. I would therefore be grateful if you would consider contributing to these outstanding costs to help me take advantage of this amazing opportunity?
Having just completed my first semester, training 3-4 hrs per day, I have settled well into college life and achieved some good tennis results this term
I have also ended the semester with a 4.12 Grade Point Average (GPA), equivalent of an A+/A grade for my Business and Economics course, thereby managing the academic demands of college in tandem with my tennis commitments.
