Hello, My name is Dallas. I had an A.V.M rupture on my brain stem, that resulted in a stroke too. My A.V M. happened while I was at work. It started as a headache, so I went outside to get some water, when I went back inside, I was suddenly on the floor, conscious but eyes closed. I told my coworker to call my wife, he called 911 then my wife instead. I then proceeded to pass out, waking up over a month later. I can now, barely use my right arm and leg. Having a tracheostomy breathing tube and gastrostomy tube or (stomach tube) was also difficult, too. I hope that some people can get me on track to healthy again. I need the funds to go to Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, and Medical expenses because,

I have been out of work for over three years now and my wife and I can't make it work on just her salary.
