Art Materials for Boshra

Many will have been following my Family Link Up story and will have helped in the past of which I am very grateful.

I am, Marjorie, a British retired nurse & midwife that befriends a Syrian family scattered between Turkey & Europe. I have been working on this project over the last four years.  One of the families have been settled in Belgium. Boshra, the mother is following her passion for art and is finding art therapeutic after all she has been through in Syria. She is to start Art College in September in Ostende.  

I have been enquiring here in London to see what help I can get her. On a visit to the Royal Academy of Arts I have been made aware that Boshra can submit some of her artwork in January, to be judged and possibly selected alongside others for the Summer Exhibition in 2020.

This would be a wonderful opportunity for her to build a career as a recognised artist.  It can also be a project for her art studies too.

For this I am appealing for donations to get necessary art materials to produce her submissions...
