Art & Jimmy - Help for us to stay housed & more

Hi. So, I fear asking for help right now with the way the world is, and how many others out there also need help, but feel as if I don't have a choice as we cannot be displaced again.
To start out with, both myself and my partner are disabled. Last fall my partner started experiencing a rough flare with his MS and it took a minute to get him medicated again as he was uninsured and the medication he is on in order to keep him in remission is incredibly expensive. I did what I could to work every single day to pay our bills and get everything taken care of, but we ended up falling behind on rent and in December we got evicted.
We found a new place to be and so far have been okay. We have had to get help once or twice since moving in, as I started going back to school and am experiencing flares of my own regarding my own medical conditions and am currently working with my doctors to try and figure out what is going on. I quickly found that I cannot work and go to school at the same time as it is too hard on my body. My partner got his dream job and was so excited about it, until he hit another bump in the road with his MS and started struggling with waking up on time. He was late a few times and in the middle of getting accommodations with HR he was illegally fired. We are working on pursuing legal action, however that is a lot of work and takes time.
I did what I could with Instacart until I couldn't and my car started having further issues. I had someone take a peek at it and they said its likely the transmission and would be between a $3k-$6k+ fix, along with experiencing another issue and needing new tires. It is currently unsafe to drive, has a really hard time shifting gears, emits a burning smell occasionally while accelerating, and the tires are bald. I'm also 3 payments behind on my car and worried its going to end up repo-ed leaving me then with no transportation that I desperately need to have.
We haven't been able to pay utility bills in a minute, and worried about those being shut off. We are two months behind on rent and at risk of losing our place of living again. I have applied for every kind of assistance I possibly could. I have reached out to all of the organizations, and even started emailing churches without any kind of response (minus 1-whom said they could help and haven't replied since). I was eligible for cash assistance, though that application ended up being denied due to the fact that I was still doing about $30/week of instacart orders after my doctor had submitted a letter about me not being able to work. I pushed through and thought I was helping us as that was the only food money available to us for a minute, and it ended up hurting us further.
I personally (Artemys) have been applying for jobs for months now, and finally got a job offer in May, and then had it rescinded after asking questions related to my disabilities and asked for reasonable accommodations without being further talked to regarding the questions- just received an email from HR.
My older dog needs to go to the vet, she has been with me since I was 16. She has started having accidents while sleeping, which I've read is common amongst dogs her age (10 years old) that have been fixed, but really would like to make sure that she doesn't have a UTI. Shes also been experiencing what looks to be acid reflux and is due for up to date shots. I hate that I can't do anything for her right now.
Without making this too much longer, if you have questions about specific things feel free to reach out, I'm more than willing to answer any questions. I have some things I've made that I'll be listing on my website soon, and things of mine that need a new home and doing an online garage sale as well. The amount I put here likely won't cover everything necessary- but the most important thing right now is keeping our place to live. Each months rent is $1310. Thank you for reading this, and caring. It's appreciated more than you know.
