Art friends PC died. Need help getting a new one!!

A good friend of mine. A well talented artist, his PC which hes uses for digital art has recently blue screened and lost his OS route, and with no work in the area being 85% of the population is unemployed in his area with no one being able to help him in this situation and no ability to leave the area he is stuck in a horrid position that no one should suffer.

With the funds I am requesting to help him out, it will be enough to get a new machine which can get him doing art again so he wont have to cut back on his food just to pay the bills. Id like to get the funds to him ASAP.

It would be incredible if people can raise this small amount that I am asking for, not in the ten thousands not even thousands just enough to get him going again is all I ask.

His name is Bel and hes a very good friend of mine who is panicking like hell over this entire situation as hes a digital artist and he uses his PC to make a living and its his main connection to the world and his friends and he feels cut off and helpless so anyone who can help.
