Art for NYC's Underserved Students
Tax deductible
I’m excited to share that I’ll be running the Brooklyn Half Marathon on May 17th, and I’m also using this opportunity to fundraise for an important non-profit organization: Community-Word Project . This incredible organization works to bring the power of art education to underserved students throughout New York City. Community-Word Project fosters creativity, self-expression, and literacy through hands-on workshops and arts-based programs, helping students in underserved communities gain valuable skills while building confidence and a love for learning.
By supporting my run, you’re helping to provide these essential art education programs, which are so often overlooked in schools facing limited resources.
Running the Brooklyn Half Marathon is a personal challenge for me, but it’s also a chance to give back to a cause that is doing important work. If you’re able to donate, any amount helps and will go directly to supporting Community-Word Project’s mission to bring arts education to students who need it the most. Thank you for your supporting me, and more importantly, supporting the students who will benefit from this wonderful organization.
