Keep Art Boutiki Open Through The End of the Year

The Art Boutiki will sadly be closing at the end of 2025. After years of robbing Peter to pay Paul the economic landscape and just general level of business for us has made it necessary to shut the doors after 16 years.

I know it seems odd for a business to ask for donations to close its doors, but we are trying to get out while leaving the fewest number of people hanging. Primarily we want to be able to make our commitments to people we have told could play here. We will achieve this by paying unpaid rent and affording utilities, both of which have proven to be unattainable through sales alone.

In addition to everything else, we will need to paint and restore the venue to its original state upon departure, making it usable by someone else, except for the sound enhancements and other additions we have made. This is going to be a draconian task that might take upwards of a month.
