My father was the victim of an arson explosion in his home. We were awaken at 4am on Wednesday 8/21 by my fathers neighbor that his house was ablaze after a multiple explosion house fire. The arson ran from the house still on fire and drove himself to the hospital where police met him. The article attached does not correctly tell this story as they state it was a “debris fire”. This is not the full story, and the investigation is ongoing. He lost everything. He was not in the house at the time of the fire, but was in Huntsville staying at our house, which was an amazing blessing. He lost his camper, his home, his keepsakes and everything he owned except what was in his truck and in his travel bag. Anything you can donate will go to helping restart his life. He will never be able to have his keepsakes, his pictures of his daughters, their drawings to him as little girls, everything that was precious to him. We are so thankful that he was no where near this horrific incident, but we want to help him in every way possible. Thank you so much for everything you can give. You are helping him more than you could possibly know.
