Arsenio Rent Relief

As many of you know, my dear friend, coworker, and fellow church member Arsenio lost his Mom to Covid-19 this summer. As he has been dealing with all the difficulty and re-organizing that loss entails Arsenio has also taken over her guardianship of his 6-year-old cousin. So, in addition to grieving his loss, working full-time, finishing his prerequisites for Nursing School, and taking care of and providing for his own children he is now the full-time caregiver for his little cousin, Quadir. Arsenio and his mom were sharing a duplex, and without her part of the rent he has been struggling to make ends meet. In addition to all that's on his plate he's been having to pick up a lot of overtime at work. My goal with this fundraiser is to give him a break on rent for the next 6 months, so that he can get through the Holidays and then some without having to think about moving or working a crazy amount of hours in order to provide the stability that Quadir needs right now. I'm also hoping this will enable him to be able to take the time he needs to grieve his own loss so that he can continue to help his kids, Quadir and the rest of his family to the best of his ability. Arsenio works so hard in all that he does, and I'm hoping we can all chip in to help him in his time of need.
