It is God who plants a church. He first plants churches in the hearts of faithful people. Once planted, the seed of a church in the heart of a leader goes through a nurturing process.
"For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you—" (Titus 1:5).Paul’s missionary journeys produced great fruit. The churches which were produced required practical care at their inception and on an on-going basis. Spiritually gifted leaders like Titus saw to that practical care – setting things in order and appointing leaders as needed. The establishment of Kidist Arsema and Kidus Kirkos Church is based on the previous statements.
Our church mission is to maintain the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo church value, traditional and spiritual worship. By doing so creating a generation that inherits spiritual values, tradition, and worship and makes a difference in the world.
Currently the church operates at rental properties and the Parish committee would like to take it to the next level through acquiring properties where operation could be 24/7. Having a permanent and own place does not have a replacement to attain intended missions. Your monetary contribution is significant in bringing the vision into reality. We cordially request you to drop what you can and have your treasures hid at the Father with Jesus Christ who will repay you upon his coming. We do appreciate your support and hank you in advance.
