Wednesday night, February 22, 2017 we got the unbelievable phone call. Michele Marcus-Krohn, beloved wife, mom, sister and grammy died suddenly in a tragic accident at home. Michele was a vibrant, loving, sassy spirit and if you knew her you remembered her! Michele was a high school English teacher at Syosset High School. After retiring she opened her antique shop, ‘Auntie Q’s’ in the Barntique Village, Moriches, NY. She had just returned from an overseas family visit, making precious lasting memories with grandson and brand new granddaughter, named for her.
If you have been impacted by Michele’s teaching, friendship, spirit and heart we are asking for assistance with the funeral expenses and any other expenses that may occur. Her children have traveled far and even internationally to come home to handle this shocking sadness and lay her to rest.
